My role as a tutor is to develop and ensure I provide:
- One to one individualised programs with achievable educational goals
- Plan and organise relevant learning experiences
- Skills and strategies for my students to develop independence and confidence in their learning
- Encourage students to participate and develop responsibility for their own learning
- Purposeful and enjoyable learning environments
- Adaptability and responsiveness to the differing learning styles, needs and cultural backgrounds
